At Wow Bao, the term caring reaches beyond serving great food and providing great service. Caring for us extends to the concern for our team members, our guests, our community, and to you. Caring is Wow Bao’s most sacred value.
We are all dealing with the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are uncertain of what may come next.
Here is what you should be certain of at Wow Bao:
Wow Bao will continue to serve our savory rice bowls, pan-seared potstickers, and signature hot Asian buns.
Wow Bao will also continue to regularly practice our exemplary hygiene standards and review official recommendations on precautions individuals and businesses can take. We have implemented additional and rigorous health and safety measures to address COVID-19, including frequently cleaning and sanitizing all counters, tables, chairs, self-ordering kiosks, door handles, and other shared surfaces throughout the day.
At Wow Bao we are also providing additional resources to our team members and guests, such as hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, as well as having team members change their gloves regularly, and wash their hands at least once an hour.
Wow Bao is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our Federal & local health departments, for guidance. We will continue to modify operations as appropriate to better protect our families and yours.
Wow Bao will continue to support our team members with flexibility and encourage anyone feeling ill to stay home.
