Potsticker/Dumpling FAQ

Potstickers are a delightful snack or meal that can be enjoyed hot or at room temperature. Simply use chopsticks or your hands to pick one up and take a bite. They’re often served with a dipping sauce, but they’re just as tasty on their own!

Absolutely! While potstickers are delicious on their own, many fans enjoy dipping them in sauces. Soy sauce, Asian mustard, or chili oil are popular choices. Feel free to experiment with your favorite sauce combinations!

Potstickers are a specific type of Asian dumpling. Potstickers and dumplings are exactly the same, the only difference is how they are prepared. A dumpling can be microwaved, boiled or steamed.  Potstickers are pan-seared on one side for a crispy texture while steaming. If you’re a fan of dumplings, you might also enjoy our other offerings, like bao and soup dumplings.

Potstickers originated in China and are filled dumplings made with a thin dough. They can be filled with various ingredients, ours are filled with chicken, herbs and Asian flavors. The unique cooking method results in a crispy bottom and a tender top, making them a favorite for many!
