Ready in minutes, our Ginger Chicken Potstickers are a traditional gyoza wrapper filled with roasted chicken, ginger, and scallions and are the perfect appetizer or snack.
This popular Chinese dim sum favorite can be enjoyed as dumplings by simply steaming the frozen dumplings on the stove or heating them in the microwave. To enjoy as potstickers, simply pan-sear or air fry. Either way, your delicious snack will be ready in just minutes.

PREFERRED METHOD

PAN-SEARED POTSTICKERS
- Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- Add oil to coat bottom, add potstickers and cook for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup of water into the pan. Loosely cover, turn to medium heat and cook until water is evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
QUICK & CONVENIENT method

AIR FRIED POTSTICKERS
- Preheat air fryer to 395ºF.
- Place 6 frozen potstickers in basket, and cook for 6 minutes at 395ºF.
- Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
TRADITIONAL METHOD

STEAMED DUMPLINGS
- In a large pot or pan, boil 2-3 inches of water.
- Place frozen dumplings on a steamer basket above boiling water. Leave space between dumplings.
- Cover and steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove basket from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.

MICROWAVE DUMPLINGS
- Place 4 frozen dumplings on microwave-safe place and cover with damp paper towel.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Carefully remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
